Yes, the chatbox is disabled.
But for good reasons.
I was there recently monitoring it...and saw some rude behavior.
CERTAIN PEOPLE, you know who you are, decided to hate someone because they liked someone they didn't. And that's just mean. So the chatbox will be disabled for awhile.
